The main education area features a 100” TV with direct casting capability.

A separate conference room includes a 65” TV (also cast-enabled) and a table that seats 8 comfortably, or up to 10–12 if needed.

Additional amenities:

• Small kitchen with microwave, standard fridge/freezer, and dishwasher (no stovetop or oven)

• Plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and silverware for 30

• Three carafes and pitchers

• Comfortable lounge/entry area

• Two washrooms

• Guest Wi-Fi

• No food service offered. You can bring in your own, or have it catered.

• Urban Fare does catered platters up to 48 hours in advance.

• Full Day: $300

• Half Day: $200

• Cleaning fee charges depending on nature of event [food and drink, etc]

Renters are required to perform general cleanup after using the space, which includes:

• Disposing of all garbage properly in the garbage cans provided.

• Loading & running the dishwasher with any used dishes.

• Removing any items or paraphernalia brought into the suite.
